Underwood Consulting provides human resource training, higher education accreditation assistance (including workshops and presentations on assessment in higher education), program evaluation, survey research, and data analysis services. 

Although services are primarily directed toward postsecondary educational institutions, many of the evaluation, training, and data analysis services can easily prove beneficial to business customers or other educational levels.  When these services are needed, especially when the activity is not routine, it is much more cost effective to bring in a consultant than to recruit and maintain staff positions to provide the needed service internally.
